Another Successful RibFest

Saskatoon Rotary RibFest is pleased to announce that 18,000 people entered the RibFest grounds at Diefenbaker Park over the long weekend from July 29 to August 1, 2016. Prairie Smoke and Spice won both the Celebrity Judging Award and the the People’s Choice Award. Dev Prakhya of Saskatoon won the 50/50 draw, worth $6,580. RibFest offered four days of delicious ribs barbecued by some of Canada’s top ribbers, live entertainment, plus a kids’ fun area, food and craft vendors, beer garden, 50/50 draw and more. RibFest is organized by the Rotary Club of Saskatoon Nutana. Funds raised support local projects in the areas of youth, First Nations, literacy and education.
